of the Board of Directors are often
asked what goes on at the meetings. So it is in
that spirit of “transparency”
we will post the Board minutes so as to keep you informed of proposals
and decisions that affect the direction of the Division, our financial
status, preparations for upcoming events, and the like.
Robert’s Rules of Order is the general guide we use at the meetings,
and the minutes reflect that outline.
