Achievement Program: Recent activity included in this month’s flyer
Paymaster : $5232.14 on hand. Routine audit to be arranged before Mike White steps down next year.
Flyer set to be published in September
Webmaster : Successful transparent transition to new site accomplished; new contact email addresses successfully implemented
Op sessions: none scheduled at this time
2015 Mini Con
Location: Planning has begun and several locations to be researched
Co Sponsorship: Chesapeake Division a possibility
Donations: to be determined
Questionnaire: Excursion survey to be included in this month’s Flyer’s E-mail
Archiving records: Clerk to confer with web master re archiving possibilities in new web storage areas
Business meeting to be held at Mini Con at which time the Board of Directors will be elected. Bob Reid and Mike White announced they do not plan to run for their positions and a nominating committee will be appointed in early 2015. All interested members will be encouraged to contact the committee.
Next meeting will be held at Mike White’s home on 11/15 at 10 AM.
