Brian Sheron convened a special meeting of the Board via e-mail on December 15, 2018, at 7:00 PM.
1. Policy for Board of Directors Meeting
Brian Sheron made a motion to adopt the Policy for Board of Directors Meeting draft prepared by Marshall Abrams and time stamped
12/15/2018 1:42 PM. Bob Sprague seconded the motion.The vote to adopt the Policy was 5-0.
Brian Sheron adjourned the meeting on December 18, 2018 at 2:54 PM.
