Bill Swann
This is our last chance to take a look before the Swann Valley Railroad comes down and Bill starts over with a layout designed for operations by Monroe Stewart. The Swann Valley is a freelance HO scale model railroad based on Conrail in 1976 at the time of the merger with Penn Central, Reading, Lehigh Valley and several others. The railroad occupies a 20x20 area and is controlled by Digitrax. Scenery on the layout is about 90% complete
