The PD Board meeting was held by conference call at 10:00 on 11/15/14

Minutes from Sept 20th meeting were previously approved

Program Reports

• Layout Tours: B Haloran on 11/15; R Reid 12/6 2015; schedule arranged thru August except June

• Achievement Program: Nothing to report

• Paymaster : $5248.89 on hand. Routine audit to be conducted before Mike White steps down next year.

• Flyer set to be published in one and a half months. We would like input soon, and articles are welcome.

• Webmaster : No report

• Op sessions: Sheron on Nov 22, subsequent TBD

2015 Mini Con

• A date in Late March thru April that does not conflict with Easter weekend is preferable. The preference is for Tom to try and contact the Lutheran Church of St. Andrew next Monday, since that is the first choice. If he could not contact them, he will then contact St. Matthews in Annandale regarding availability. If that is not available, then he will check with hotels along the I-270 corridor. 

• Co Sponsorship: Chesapeake Division a possibility

New Business

• Donations: We will donate $500 to the Fairfax Train Museum. Mike White will write a check and send it to Brian, Phil Scruggs will draft a letter for Brian to send, along with the check, to the Museum. 

• Excursion to Strasburg to be floated with the members for possible interest

• Nominating committee will be appointed in early 2015. All interested members will be encouraged to contact the committee.

• Next meeting will be held at Mike White’s on January 24^th at noon. Snow day the 31^st.
