PD Board meeting was held at Mike White’s house at 12:00pm

Program Reports
Layout Tours for 2015 are scheduled except for February and March. BrIan to send directory to Phil for info on additional layouts
Achievement – no activity
Paymaster (see attached)
Flyer January issue sent. Mini Con special edition to be issued 3/18 (input needed 3/1) Regular Spring issue to be issued 4/20. Will include article about Minicon.
Webmaster - no report
Donations – Thank you letter from Fairfax Station Railroad Museum attached.
March Mini Con
Chairman is Tom Broderick
Location is St. Mathew’s Church in Annandale VA.
Clinics - we will have two (2) Tracks of four (4) clinics each. Bob to organize. Time slots to be 9-10 10:30-11:30 (lunch) 1-2 2:30-3:30
Registration – Mike White
Floor manager is Tom Broderick and he will print Certificates of Appreciation preparation & the program handout, supply the cash box, and print and hang the necessary signage
Modular Layouts, Phil Scruggs coordinating – PMC – HO Scale and NVN Track – both will set up Friday evening
Contests- Brian to chair –judges to be recruited – will contact Martian Brechbiel for possible assistance
White Elephant Room Clint Hyde to be asked manage
Advertising, Marketing – Brian Sheron to check with NMRA to see if an agenda can be added to their upcoming calendar. Brian to write a promo piece for the flyers and announcements. Brian to check with Timonium for flyer placement at their show. Tom to contact MRH. Email advertising by Marshall Feb 1 and 21.
Technology coordinator– Marshall Abrams to coordinate projectors, screens, cabling, extension cords etc.
Business meeting will be from 12:30 to 12:45 Agenda: Excursions; Outreach to potential members; Election of 5 Board Members.
$10 entrance fee with spouses and children under 16 free of charge. Non members to be offered a Railpass application. Church members to be granted access to the modular layouts.
Doors to open at 8am and close at 4pm

Railpass forms to be printed for use by nonmembers
Brian Sheron to provide peel and stick ID tags for attendees and also provide badges for volunteers

Door prize to be signed copy of Kempinski’s book. Phil to solicit donation or if necessary purchase a copy
New Business
Nominating Committee to be Bob Reid and Mike White – Marshall to solicit candidate suggestions from members.
Next year’s location – Brian to check with Rockville Senior Center; Tom to check MD schools; Marshall to solicit suggestion from local associations.
Outreach to potential new members brainstormed and to be explored further
