Potomac Division Board of Directors Meetings

2009 to Current

Members of the Board of Directors are often asked what happened at a Board meeting.  In the spirit of transparency  the Board of Directors will have the Board minutes posted, after their approval, to keep the Division membership informed of proposals, decisions, and other Division business that affect the Division's direction, financial status, and preparations for upcoming events, and other Board actions. Robert's Rules of Order is the general guide used at the meetings, and the minutes reflect that outline.
